When Kokes Family Builders wanted to increase their new website traffic and generate leads, the company turned to B+S to launch a new paid search (PPC) campaign. The campaign included search result ads, banner ads, and dynamically generated listings for available estates.
The campaign was designed with 55-70 year olds in mind, those looking for customized luxury living in 55+ active adult communities. Geographic, demographic, and contextual search terms were used to reach this target audience.
After three months of the campaign, B+S nearly doubled the number of clicks, tripled the click-through rate, and dropped the daily budget to two-thirds of the company’s previous paid search campaign.
